How to populate an Access DB with a folder structure

I have a huge folder structure that I need to import into an Access DB.
We're talking about 1300 folders divided into four categorys.

So I need to populate an Access DB with over 1300 entrys divided int
four tables.
Not something you'd volountarily do by hand... ;)

Has anyone done something like this before and have any advice?

I'm pretty much a newbie in DB building in general so this is a hug
project for me hehe
