How to populate message from PSI to Sharepoint (PWA)

Hi,

I create my event handle on PWA and also would like to display my business
rule on PWA when I published project.

Any idea ? please help.

Thank you, Chris. I have this article but it’s not really answering my
question because this solution wrote the event log on the server. My prospect
is popup message on browser when missing the business logic. Do you have any
idea for this case?

the internet explorer popup this dialog when I published project which was
assigned inactive resource " You cannot assign a task to an inactive resource
or a resource that connot have assignments. You can choose a valid enterprise
resource from thw drop-down or leave the resource field blank"

I would like to validate new business logic like check overallocation on
save or publish the project.
