Using Outlook 2003, createn ANSI-format PST with File>New>Outlook Data File.
Select "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)" and click OK. Browse
to the folder where you'd like the PST created (or accept the default) and
give it a name (or accept the default). Give it a display name different
from your existing "Personal Folders". Click OK. The new PST will not
appear in your Folders List. Right-click and drag all the existing folders
to the new PST and choose Copy. When you're done, you'll have a complete
duplicate of your existing PST, but it will be Outlook 2002-compatible.
