I'm using project pro 2010 to schedule one of my project, but here comes my problem.
Several tasks can be started at the same time but when I assign resources, only one person say Jim can do this work, but he can only works 8h a day, so when Jim was allocated to these tasks, the start time of these tasks should be different, because Jim has to finish one task after another.But when I practice this thought in Project, these tasks never postpone automatically, only a warning of "overallocated task and should be leveled".
So what I can do ? Please help me.Thanks
