How to prevent copying of inserted pictures in Word?

I'd like to add a scanned signature to a Word 2003 doc, but I don't want the
recipient to be able to copy that signature and use it maliciously. Can this
be done?

Actually, I did find a way.

After you paste your signature into your doc, perform the following steps:

Click on the TOOLS drop down menu
Select PROTECT DOCUMENT
Check the box under 2. EDITING RESTRICTIONS
Select FILLING IN FORMS
Click the YES, START ENFORCING PROTECTION button
Input a password and confirm it
Click the X to close PROTECT DOCUMENT
Save your document and send

Forms protection is easily removed by inserting the protected file into a
new document.
