How to prevent Digital Signature Removal from users?

Hi,

I'm asking InfoPath developers, what is the purpose of the digital
signatures in Forms, when I can remove digital signature from a specific
section, than edit the data in the section. After editing I can add my
digital signature, or leave it unsigned.

How can I Prevent users from removing digital signatures from signed
sections.
