How to prevent insertions and deletions on final doc being seen by recipient

Folks:

In my earlier post yesterday, I sought help on maintaining the format
of my documents on other people's printers.

I now realised that if the recipients have their "Reviewing Toolbar"
on and the "Insertions and Deletions" box ticked, the changes I made
in my document will show up?

How can I stop them from seeing the changes I made to the document?

I am concerned. I really don't want them to see the tortuous process I
went through in preparing my resume.

I do not have a W2pdf convertor and most recruiting agenst and
employers want the resume in .doc format.

Please help.

Why would you leave the changes in the document at all? Just ACCEPT all the
changes; Tools-Track Changes, Accept/Reject, and hit Accept all.
