How to prevent insertions and deletions on final doc by reciepient

Folks

In my earlier post, I sought help on maintaining the format of my documents on other people's printers

I now realised that if the recipients have their "Reviewing Toolbar" on and the "Insertions and Deletions" box ticked, th
changes I made in my document will show up

How can I stop them from seeing the changes I made to the document that I have e-maoled to them as an attachment?

I am concerned. I really don't want them to see the tortuous process I went through in preparing my resume

I do not have a W2pdf convertor and most recruiting agents and employers want the resume in .doc format

Please help

Hi, Sam,

There are several things you can (must!) do.

- Unless you need to keep track of the changes you've made, don't turn
on Track Changes at all. If it's on, turn it off.
- If you use Track Changes, then before you send the document to
anyone else, go to the Reviewing toolbar and click the Accept All
Changes button.
- Don't ever use the File > Versions feature. Besides keeping a record
of everything you do (which recipients can see), it makes the file
size huge and can lead to corrupt documents. Similarly, don't ever use
Fast Saves.

Accept all changes, turn track changes off, save as rtf, reload into
word, save as doc, dont ever use Tracked Changes again on your resume.
