how to print 2 different pictures on one sheet of paper

I have microsoft picture manager on my XP operating system and want to know
if there is any way to choose multiple pictures from my files and then be
able to set them up on one sheet of 8 x 10 paper. Microsoft does allow for
printing of two or more pictures at one time but I can only print the same
picture over and over. I would like to print different pictures on one sheet.

Where I used to work I was able to click on different pictures and put them
on one sheet. It was also a Microsoft program but not sure which. Possibly
98 which is an older version.
