How to print a Data Source

P

Pat Wood

I have Windows XP and inserted all my addresses and
telephone numbers in a Data Source which I use with a
mail merge for Christmas letters. When we travel I like
to print a hard copy to take with us. That way we have
all the updated addresses and telephone numbers. I have
tried everything and cannot find out how to print the
information. This was easy to do in Windows 98. Thank
you!!

What is your data source? What part of Office are you using? Word?
Outlook? Access? Excel?
