Is actually several ways to do this, but one easy way is simply to go
tools->analyze->documenter
You can then simply click on the tables that you want to print out, this
great feature this option is that you can list all the tables in one shot
if you want.
however before you hit the print option, make sure you click on the option
button and disable a few of the features, else you'll not in a columnar
listing but you'll get a page listing in which you'll find it takes up way
too much paper. for the tables option, simply unchecked All the options and
include for table box, and for the include for fields, choose the 2nd option
of
names, data types, and sizes.
If you don't do the above you'll not get a column type listing.
and for the last set of options include for indexes, you can also set back
to nothing.
Note that the documenter can also used to print out code, or even print out
all of your SQL statements.
they can also print out all the fields and properties for form accept rock,
it's pretty cool, and the likely want a play around and preview things
before you print them out to save some paper.
