How to print calendar in Publisher 2007

When printing a calendar in Publisher 2007 it only prints part of the
calendar. All it prints is from part of Sunday to part of Friday. I have
tried changing the page size and font size, nothing works. Can someone help
please?

Is your printer driver current? Do you have problems printing other
publications? Are you sure you have the calendar setup on letter stock and not
something smaller? What template are you using?

I do not have any problems with printing anything else. As for the driver -
how do I find that info? Yes, I am using letter stock and the template is
Understated.

Go to the manufacturer's web site of your model printer (www.hp.com for
example). There will be an area for driver downloads.
The only other solution I can suggest is you have your page setup for portrait
and the calendar is landscape. Usually Publisher will default to the correct
alignment, but stranger things have happen.

I just checked out the driver info for my printer and I do have the latest
driver.

I do have it set for landscape. I have heard others complain about the same
thing. What can we do?

Carol, Look at your printer settings, be certain you haven't changed any of the
default settings. Sometimes my printer will do weird things like trying to print
a letter on photo size stock. For some reason some settings will go amok. Look
at your margins too. What happens if you save as a PDF? Does it print the
calendar correctly from the Reader? If you have installed the second service
pack you will have the "save as a PDF". Otherwise it is here.

Saving to a PDF file worked.
I don't see why I should have to jump through extra hoops to accomplish a
simple printing job.
Thanks for your help with this.
