how to print custom paper size

Hi all-

I have found that when attempting to print 13x19 Tracking
Gantt charts (or anything else for that matter), I can
only select from a small number of choices that are each
too small. In the Custom dialog box, the maximum size
allowed for dimensions is 8.50 and 13.00 inches, which is
considerably smaller than I'd like to print.

Can anyone out there tell me how to print the larger
views? I have seen them in paper form before...
