How to print database model info other than table schema in Visio

I know how to print out the diagrams, but is there any way to print out the
other database information, e.g., indicies, constraints, default values, etc.?

By far this is one of the worst shortcomings of Visio. The answer to your
question is nope, nada, impossible. Visio also locks inside all the comments
that you put for metadata about table elements and they are there to stay
because there is no way to print them/use them other than view them in Visio.
Ridiculous!
