how to print emails with the attachment icon and filename?

some users in our office are able to get an email printed with the icon and
filename showing. How can I achieve the same? This relates to received and
sent emails.

What message format are they using when printing the emails? Format
determines if the icon is printed.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

For Outlook 2003, I've printed all formats and had the attachment icon show.
For Outlook versions earlier than than, the message must be Plain Text
format.
