How to print four A5 pages on A3 paper

I wish to print a sequence of pages four times over, i.e. each A3 sheet to
carry four of the same A5 pages, front and reverse, in sequence until
completed.

I'm not aware of any way of doing this directly in Publisher. We do it by
making a PDF from Publisher and then use Quite Imposing to step and repeat.
Alternatively, if printing to a Fiery-based colour copier/printer, you can
do it in DocBuilder.
