How to print OneNote structure

I would like to print the structure of My Notebook, that is Folder names,
Section names and Page titles, and show the hierarchy.

Is there a way to do that?

Not natively in the program.

Writing a script/batch file to parse the contents of the "My Notebook"
folder will get you the folder/section hierarchy but that's about it.

The limited API in SP1 might be used to cobble together a program to do
this, but since I'm not a programmer, I've not really read the specs to see
what objects are exposed. I know the API only supports data import, so
there may be ways to parse the ON hierchy to find a destination location
into which data can be imported.
