How to print text and watermark

Using Word 2000 and WinXP with service pack 2 I overlayed a graphic on a
text, formatted it as a watermark and TWICE set the layout for graphic behind
text in order to be sure the graphic was on the proper layer. The Word Print
Preview looked OK but when I printed the file the graphic obscured the text.

On my printer there is an setting that allows viewing before printing. This
also showed the improper printing result.

I would appreciate any help.

The first thing I'd suggest is to go to your printer manufacturer's web site
and see if there's a driver update available. If so, install that and see if
that makes a difference. In any case, you should probably also let the forum
know the details of your printer, including driver version.
