How to print the scale or ruler with my diagram

When printing my diagram I need to have a ruler or scale printed also.

How do I do this?

I have visio 2007.

Try File \ Shapes \ Visio Extras \ Annotations stencil

There is a Drawing scale and Scale symbol shape

Is there a ruler I can use?
The Scale does not have regular markings all the way alone the line so you
have to estimate distances.
