how to print tracking along with appointment (2-pages)

I used to be able to have 2 pages print out from outlook calendar. when i
would open a appointment and print it. 1 page would be the appointment, and
the other page would be the tracking. Now it doesnt print the tracking, just
the appointment. What do I need to do to fix this issue and get my tracking
page to print out again?
