How to Print using alternating Gray/White Background

Would like to be able to print using gray and white background foremat instead of adding lines to print on report... How can this be done?

Depends on the application you are using, and how much work you are will
to do to set it up.

Select the second row, R-click it, Select Format Cells, Pattern, Pick a
light gray, OK, now Select the top two rows, R-click and Copy, now
select the Rest of the spread sheet, r-click, Paste Special and then
Formats.
