how to print

I have MSOfficeX on my Mac G4
In an Excel file that has over 24 columns and over 39,000 lines
(entries) I have filtered out some. I want to print this filtered group,
but only about 3 of the columns of info.

How can I limited the printing to the wanted columns?

If the columns are not contiguous, hide the columns in-between.

Select the columns to print.

Choose File/PrintArea/Set Print Area

If you need to do this regularly, you can record a macro to save
yourself some effort

How do I "hide" a column in-between?

One way:

Select the column header(s) (e.g., the grey box(es) at the top with the
column letter(s)). Choose Format/Column/Hide

I shall try.

Thanks for the help.
