How to programmatically retrieve comments for tables and fields

Can someone give me the URL for the MSAccess
(1) SQL documentation?
(2) The documentation on DAO
(3) Specifically functions for fetching and storing the attributes (such
as the FORMAT, Input Mast, Caption, Validation Rule, validation text IME
Mode, Smart tags) and comments that you can set in the MSAccess GUI?
(4) And while we are at it, a pointer to the user documentation on these
fields (such as the such as the FORMAT, Input Mast, Caption, Validation
Rule, validation text IME Mode, Smart tags) since I'm not clear on what all
these are for.
