How to protect database???

Hi...

I maked a small database in Access and put username and password (for
example: bird and wing).

How copy this database to another computer (it can with Copy > Paste) so
that it use new username and password (for example: dog and bone)?
Can I link my database for serial number of hard disk another computer?
