How to protect Graphics in templates?

M

Milind

I need to create a Course Template, wherein there are 5-6 pictures all
around. When I open a document on this template, the pictures, Line-art e.g.
boxes, text around them are still modifiable, I don't want this
functionality. Moreover if any text is part of it, like Author's Name it
should also be locked. Should I be using templates or forms where you have a
lock on the toolbar?
Any treatise where full process is explained? Thanks

There is no way to protect any document that you are going to allow someone
to see, from that user doing whatever they want with it. Anything you can
add to 'protect' the document can easily be removed. You can only make it a
little more difficult to do so, but this only deters those who wouldn't have
abused the document in the first place.
