How to protect walls from rotation?

From time to time, when I make small changes to a wall or add a door, the
wall rotates a degree or so. I would like walls to stay exactly horizontal or
vertical.

Even though I click on "rotation" in the format protection properties for a
wall, the wall will still rotate. Is this a bug?

Is there another way to keep walls from inadvertently being rotated?

Help says :
Locks a shape so that you cannot rotate it by using the Rotation tool. You
can still rotate a 1-D shape by dragging its endpoints. To lock a 1-D shape
against rotation, you must lock its width.

Strange indeed.

Or in the shapesheet, Shape transofrm, Angle = 0 or 90, instead of the
formula.
