how to publish a web site to CDROM in Publisher 2003

I have previously been able to produce a web site containing several pages
with links to powerpoint presentations in Publisher. When published the
webpages complete with linked powerpoint documents has been transfered to
CDROM enabling others to view the page and access the presentations as an
educational tool. However, since the University has upgraded to 2003 I am no
longer able to do this. How can I accomplish the same functionality as with
previous versions of publisher. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?
