How to publish a word document

Hi,

I tables in my CV and some formatting warnings (green line underneath).
How can I save my document so that these lines never appear (even for
those receiving the doc) and show the msword doc without the table
borders (which dont appear in the pronted version of the document).

I know it's a rather oblique answer but I'd suggest that you send out
electronic CVs as PDFs.

The PDF saves any worries about what might happen to them on the machine
that is used to view them.

You can't predict what version of Word is being used or force the settings
for the way that the doc file is viewed on the remote machine.
