How to publish ms publisher files to aplus.net

MS recommends Aplus.net as one of only two seb services that provide service
for
S Publisher 07. I have subscribed to NETPLUS, but their site has in
formation on how to upload using MS PUlisher 07.

I have tried to upload using the help files from publisher, but without
success.

I would rather not have to resort to ftp. I want to use the Publisher
devices I am paying for.

Can anyone help me?

If you don't want to use FTP uploading protocol, then you will use HTTP
which requires FrontPage Server extensions (FPSE). Here are four references
