How to publish PWA through the internet?

How to publish PWA through the internet? Actually, I am using Windows Small
Business 2003 with ISA 2004 on one machine and Project Server 2007 is
installed on another machine.

When I try to publish the website an error “The page cannot be displayedâ€.
Are there any kind of certification needed?

Have you setup an Alternate Access Mapping (AAM) for the Public URL and
published it through ISA ?

How are you authenticating users from the Internet ?

How are you authenticating users on the Project Server ?
