How to publish Web Publication file to web using Homestead.com

I have created a Microsoft Publisher Web Publication file with multiple
pages. My question now is how do I get it to publish to the web using an
online website company Homestead.com.

I don't think you do. From what I can tell, Homestead does not offer hosting
service for a third party built website. You must use their on-line website
builder program. If you want to use Publisher, you will have to move to a
different host. If you have already paid for the service and can't get your
money back, then just build your site with their software.
