How to put a Picture in the Middle of a 3 Column paragraph?

Hi,

I've been trying to put an image file in the middle of a paragraph that is
divided in to 3 columns (as to having the effect of surrounding it) so that
the reader would be inclined to read through the text from top to bottom and
over the image (instead of just through it) but I havent figured it out yet
coz the image just goes through the sides or the bottom...how is it done?

Also, in perhaps a related topic, is there a way for the above to be
successfully translated into a webpage layout? I can't seem to find any
webpages that has the above "effect": image at the center of a webpage
surrounded by text.

Have you set the wrapping on the picture to Square?
