how to put a thin black border around the text of my title page

i am very curious about insearting a border in to my title page with out
deleting my text or having the page apear with a border and no text ? i would
sincrely apreciat your help and support.

It depends on whether you want the border around just the title itself or
around the periphery of the page. You can apply a Page Border or you can use
Borders & Shading a a paragraph format. Which version of Word are you using?
