outlook 2002 it says in the help bar of the outlook

Outlook 2002 does not have a very flexible junk mail filter and it certainly
does NOT have a junk mail folder. If you see one, either it's no different
than any other folder that's been added (i.e., it has no special purpose as
far as Outlook is concerned) or you have a third-party antispam program
integrated with Outlook. Outlook 2002's junk mail filter generally just
colors the subjects if incoming mail that match its criteria. It doesn't
move messages to folders. You should be able to create a rule that moves
ALL incoming messages into a folder of your choice, adding an exception if
"except if the sender is in the specified Address Book". I don't have an OL
2002 available for me to check if this exception exists, but I believe it
does.
