How to put tasks in calendar by Due Date?

I want to put a due date on a task, and see it in my calendar for that day.

I don't want to associate a specific range of times for the task. It just
means I have to do it sometime during or before that day - a deadline if you
will.

How?

You would have to create an appointment item with the information you
want -- you can make it an all day event.
