How to quickly see someone's availability w/o scheduling a meeting

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. Currently, in order to see someone's
availability, we have to start by scheduling a meeting and including the
person as an attendee then we can see his/her free/busy time. Is there any
shortcut to do so?

Thanks in advance!

Look on the actions tab when in the calendar - Plan a meeting shows
free/busy - but the process is about the same as opening a meeting request
so you won't save much time/effort. It really just eliminates accidently
inviting people to a meeting.

If you need to check free busy for a person or persons often, use the Group
Schedules feature. Same deal as the others but you can save the schedule and
reuse.
