Short answer: You don't.
Long answer: You can go to the sent message, select it, go to More
Actions, and select Recall Message. This will send a REQUEST which may
or may not do anything depending on the recipients email client and
configuration. Best case: It REQUESTS the message be recalled. The
recipient can say no.
Worst case: Nothing, the recipient never even knows you tried to
recall it.
