How to re-establish links to videos in OneNote

re-establish links to my videos after I renamed the video files or changed

or link a paragraph to another paragraph on another page in OneNote.

You can go to Windows Explorer and drag/drop the video files (from wherever
you moved/renamed them) back to your OneNote file. You'll lose the "follow
the bouncing ball" feature but that's unavoidable under the circumstances.

2. I was unable to establish links from one page in OneNote to another
page or link a paragraph to another paragraph on another page in
OneNote.

That feature is not in OneNote 2003; it's coming in 2007.

3. I was unable to draw table or imported a table from another program
without any distortions

Depends upon the program and what you mean by "distortions". Table features
are significantly improved in OneNote 2007.
