How to read a private appointment

Hi

I have a spectacular problem.

I have to make some appointments that can only be read by
a group of people. But everyone should still have the
posibility to read from the calendar in general.

I was planning to make it as a private appointment, but
then it is only possible to view the appointment as a
private appointment and hence the group is not allowed to
view the contence of the appointment. And my problem is
therefore not solved.

Can anyone help me with this issues?

Technical issues: We are running a Exchange 5.5 in an
Windows NT 4 enviroment. The clients are running Outlook
XP or the Outlook 2k3 beta!
