How to read a visio 2003 file with visio 2002?

[Visio 2003 File Converter Needed]

Received Visio 2003 file. When trying to open it using Visio 2002, message
says file is unrecognized or a newer version of Visio is needed?

Is there any converters out there? The Visio 2003 viewer does not work
within IE.

nope, ask them to save it in v2002 format and resend it.
