How to read value of "Cost1" local custom taskfield in Project Se

I am new to Project Server webpart development. I want to read "Cost1" column
value from the Project Plan to display it in the Project Workspace (web
part). I could read Custom Enterprise Task Fields using
projetdataset.taskcustomfields;

I dont know how to read the local custom task fields values.

Can anyone please help me?
