How to readout my network with visio 2007

I´m a completely beginner in visio 2007. I heard that there is a possibility
to readout my own network?

Does anyone know how to do?

If by "readout" you mean autodiscover, that add-on was dropped by MS in
2002.

Yes i found it in the Help of Visio... the last Version is Visio 2002
Enterprise :-(

Do you know a freeware tool to discover my network?

unfortunately, no. The algorithms can get pretty intense, plus the database
engines behind to store the data. Obviously there are several vendors out
there that you can check into. Solarwinds has one that will work with Visio.
