How to *really* prevent splits after levelling?

Hi All,

In some of my projects, levelling is generating task splits even when
I uncheck the splitting option in the levelling dialog and set the "Levelling
can split" column for all my tasks.

Is there a way to completely prevent splits caused when doing levelling?
If not, what would be the causes for the splits even when splits are not
allowed?

One cause is if your task has an Actual Start date, project may move the
incomplete part.

No, I just checked, Actual Start is NA...
It appears that this is related to some resources that I have which use
the 24 hours calendar - 7 days a week - it's hard to identify the conditions
that cause the problem because it only shows up on my "real" projects,
with hundreds of tasks...

Ok I'm going to answer myself

I've got some resources using 24hrs calendar and some using the
standard calendar. After levelling, some tasks that are assigned to a
mix of 24hrs x standard calendar resources start on a Saturday.

When the problem occurs, that is because the amount of work
for the 24hrs resources is not enough to "cover" the whole weekend,
and the other resources cannot start until Monday, so a split
is added.

To prevent this, I had to set the task to use a specific calendar (standard).
