I've got a user who's using Outlook Express 5.0.6 on Mac OS 9.2.2. I know
there's a file size limit of 2GB to the mail file. The user has reached this
limit and is unable to retrieve any more emails.
So he deletes a ton of email. But still unable to retrieve new emails. I
check the file size of the mail file and it is STILL 2GB. Even after
trashing most of the emails AND emptying the trash. So how to I reclaim the
disk space from all those deleted emails?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
