How to Record Excel Keystrokes for a Demo Movie

This may not be an *Excel* question per se, but I hope someone can help.

I have developed an excel worksheet that will be used as a selling tool by a
client's salesforce. To help with roll-out and training, I'm trying to
determine if there is a way for me to capture an animated walkthrough of the
tool in order to create an animated "demo".

For example, I'd like to show the entry of key information, the use of
dropdown boxes, the curser moving around and clicking various navigation
buttons to access other sections, ,etc. Ideally, I'd be able to voice-over
the walkthrough as well.

The end result would be a "movie" that familiarizes the user with the tool
and its main functions.

Can anyone suggest a method/tool for accomplishing this?

Many thanks!
