How to recover the .asd file?

Hi.,

I have typed the data in Word 2007 and closed the word without saving the
data. I went to the autorecovery file location and got the .asd file but when
I tried to open it. it wont open and it says the file is in unsupported file
format. How to open the autorecovery file which is in .asd file format.
Please help me I need to have that data's.

AutoRecovery backup (*.asd) files are opened automatically by Word when it
restarts after a crash. They are not intended for any other purpose. If you
close a document and/or Word without saving, there is no usable backup. See

*How* did you try to open it? Double clicking doesn't work. Right click >
Open With then select Word should work if the file is not corrupt. You will
probably get an option to search the web for an suitable application. Use
the option to pick an application from the list instead.

So I can't able to get the datas of my unsaved word file which is
in .asd file format?

Is there any way to get that data's by downloading any softwares?
I'm ready to pay for that software too...
