How to recover word document saved as a rescue.asd

When I clicked save on a word document I recieved a rescue message. The
document was saved as a recue.asd file and not saved in the original
document. Is there a way to recover the document into word form the
rescue.asd file.

I think you can try a utility called Advanced Word Repair to repair
your Word document. It works rather well for my corrupt Word
