How to remove a resource from the drop down list

Hello,

I just picked up a project that had been put on hold a few times with
several different project managers. Anyhow, the plan has resources that are
long that I don't want to appear in the drop down list of the resource field.
Also, that resource field had been used for comments where decisions were
pending, so those extraneous comments are appearing as a drop down selection
too.

Is there a way to remove the unwanted selections?

Click View - Resource Sheet and delete the names you don't want in the
project any more. Hope this helps.

I never think of the view menu to do any actions and I haven't used project
in quite some time.
