I am using Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606).
When I print HTML emails, a date stamp is automatically placed at the bottom
left corner of the page. I need to print a group of HTML emails without the
date stamped on them but Microsoft does not have a feature to disable this
date stamp in Outlook. I have tried printing them in RTF but it does not
remove the date stamp. I have removed all date footers in print styles but I
have learned that HTML emails are printed out through a HTML rendering engine
that is built into Outlook's program, so it may be that there is no way to
remove the bottom date stamp short of revising the program's source code. I
don't know if any service packs or newer versions have resolved this issue.
Any guidance from an expert is appreciated.
