How to remove deleted Address Book from the "show names from the"

I have 4 entries that I need to remove, but cannot find a method, as the
folder entry has been removed from the My Favorites window.

Hi Mark,
try
1. Launch Outlook

2. TOOLS | E-MAIL ACCOUNTS | "View or change existing directiories or
address books" | NEXT

3. Outlook Adress Book | CHANGE

There you could delete the unused Adressbooks
